Felix Chen was a member of the Royal Imperial Army, and later a Corporal in the Prefecture Marine Corps. He led the sabotage of the reactor during the boarding action on the FDS Imposis, and survived the mission. He was later decorated for valor, based on the commendation in the final transmission from Sergeant Hap Barlow.
