Fernando Idrios Meliazio was born in the Sinaloa region of Mexico, on Earth. He was the eldest son of an affluent political power broker, and eventually used his family influence to win the positition of President of the United Earth Alliance. He had the misfortune to be in office during the Onyx Empire's invasion of Earth in 2315, and was killed when Royal Imperial Army elements stormed the Presidential bunker. One of the great mysteries of the early Second Exodus War is how the Onyx Empire discovered the bunker's location. A new one was built for each new administration, and it was the most closely-guarded secret of the United Earth Alliance.
