[edit] The Alliance of Planets
The Prefecture is a Member State of the Alliance of Planets, and joined in 2323. The Prefecture is considered something of an upstart in the Alliance High Council, bringing multiple troubling issues to the forefront and causing contention between members. It was the Prefecture that got the United Centusi States kicked out of the Alliance. As of 2326, the Prefecture boycotts all meetings of the Alliance of Planets.
[edit] Council of Independent Nations
The Prefecture does not recognize the Alliance of Planets' trade embargo on the Council, as it was passed during their boycott of the meetings. The Prefecture maintains a neutral stance on the Council itself, but has friendly ties with some of its members, particularly Reigess and Oronus.
[edit] Individual Governments
[edit] Taviridis Somarchada
The Prefecture has a neutral military stance towards Taviridis Somarchada, but maintains trade relations. The Prefecture's medical technology is considered advanced even by Ixoarchada standards, and the Ixoarchada sell their anti-gravity technology to the Prefecture.
[edit] Auellal League
The Prefecture maintains friendly relations with the Auellal. During the Mesarthrim Civil War, the Prefecture attempted to normalize relations between the Auellal and the Centusi, but failed. Since then, the Prefecture supplied some military aid to the Auellal, and has been working towards a military alliance since the Tempest War began.
[edit] Colonial Commonwealth
The Prefecture buys many of its war machines from companies based on Alpha Centauri. The Empire occupied Alpha Centauri from 2300 to 2323, and established multiple military contracting firms during their rule, which in turn designed the war machines used by the Empire and the Prefecture. Most designs are still built on Alpha Centauri factories, which the Prefecture then buys. The Prefecture maintains friendly ties with the Commonwealth as a whole, and would probably come to their aid in any crisis.

The Conclave is now defunct, but was the sworn enemy of the Prefecture while it existed.
[edit] Ikronin Jurekön
The Prefecture has its closest allies in the Ikronin Jurekön. Both nations trade with each other with military hardware, medical technology, food, electronics, and nearly every other trade commodity. The Prefecture and the Ikronin Jurekön have mutual military defense treaties, and the lowest trade tariffs on record for dealing with the Ikronin.
[edit] Kabila Kimburu
The Prefecture has little contact with the Kimburuns, though they still have some of the technology secrets the Empire stole early in the Second Exodus War. Because Kimburu's homeworld and territory is so far removed from Prefecture territory, they continue to have little contact with each other.
[edit] Kalidasa Planetary Authority
When Kalidasa declared its independence at the end of the Second Exodus War, the Prefecture initially supported them and sent in troops to help clean out the Imperial remnant. Once independence was achieved, however, the Kalidasans seized control of their shipyards and refused to turn over any of the partially completed Imperial warships to the Prefecture, which was part of their original deal. This soured relations between the nations somewhat, and they have been neutral and wary towards each other since then.
[edit] Meroniri Terinasi
The Meroniri Terinasi is officially an ally of the Prefecture, but relations have been extremely strained between each other lately due to the Meroniri seizing control of many areas of international power. Meroniri territory is far removed from Prefecture territory, requiring several weeks by hyperspace, so contact is limited outside of Council meetings.

With the exception of the Empire's contact with Kabila Nyoka in the 2200s, the Prefecture has had no contact with the main Ngrligru government.
[edit] Oronus Worker's Coalition
Oronus and the Prefecture maintain excellent ties together. Oronus supplies many of the raw materials needed to power the Prefecture's war machine, and the Prefecture has been their best customer since the fall of the Empire.
[edit] Reigess Suverände
As the Prefecture's best supply of antimatter, and as a self-sufficient world, the Reigess Suverände has a very favorable relationship with the Prefecture. The Prefecture can only buy their antimatter with hard currency, as they have nothing else the Reigens want.
[edit] The Remnant
The Prefecture fought the Remnant during the Imperial Civil War, but only had contact with one of their ships and crews. The Remnant has a much different political stance than their expedition's commander did, and no one can say how the two governments will get along after they make contact again.
[edit] Rikaz o Fii Huern iv Lorithan
The Prefecture often contends with the Lorithos in Alliance of Planets meetings, but has little to do with them otherwise. Their official stance is neutral.
[edit] Sirius Families
The Prefecture adopted the Empire's recognition of the Sirius Cluster as the sovereign territory of the Sirius Families. However, they do not interact with them, and there is still animosity over the Sirius Incursion.
[edit] Sirunaki Rebellion
The Prefecture has had no contact with the Sirunaki.
[edit] Terran Embassy
When Terra was freed from the Empire, the Prefecture was one of the main contributors to building up the world again. They supplied the Terran Embassy with material support, and were one of the first governments to recognize their independence.
[edit] United Centusi States
The United Centusi States and the Prefecture are in open hostilities with each other, in a conflict known as the "Tempest War."
[edit] Volucris Swarms
The Prefecture does not recognize the Volucris as a government, or even recognize them as intelligent beings with rights. The Prefecture exterminates the Volucris whenever and wherever they find them, with no negotiations.
