The Ikronin Kopman Marinen is mostly made up of armed freighters. Defense comes more from Ikronin Flygvapnet escorts than true warships.

Freighters come in many classes, but two classes are most popular. The first is a medium freighter, about the size of a more militaristic society's cruiser class warship. It has huge cargo bays, and moderate armaments. The Batåkare and Modul fill these roles. The second class is the huge mobile markets, which are actually mobile space stations where consumers can purchase their goods.

Ikronin exploration freighters, known as foundry vessels, ply the unexplored star systems for resources. The Gjuteri and Gruva classes of foundry vessels are designed to exploit unused worlds and asteroids for the Ikronin economic machine.

Massive space stations also see significant use throughout the galaxy. The Ikronin Wormhole Gate network is protected by Gatekeeper defense stations and Sentinel warships. Most corporations have their corporate headquarters on space stations, as well as multiple permanent science outposts in orbit over Kronheim or in deep space.

The Ikronin Jurekön does have a small warship fleet, which is mostly used to defend Kronheim itself. Massive numbers of Lyn-Slegge defense cruisers orbit Kronheim at all hours, keeping a constant vigil over the homeworld. Two classes of ships, the Falsniir and Arco, are used for convoy escort.

Ikronin are not entirely defensive, however. The Silik is a stealthy scout ship, vital in offensive operations. They also have one purely offensive warship class, the Slagvrede class attack cruiser. Finally, more imposing than any other vessel, is the Far Runner, the flagship of Jaytex Mechanized Unlimited and the unofficial flagship of the entire Ikronin Jurekön.
