The Prefect is responsible for any treaties made with any foreign nations.

The Prefect acts as the supreme commander of the Military of the Federated Districts of the Prefecture.

The Prefect can be relieved of duty by a majority decision from the Prefecture Senate and a super-majority decision from the Prefecture Curiate.
