Tavou Air Command

The pilots of the Tavou Air Command were among the first to fight the Volucris flyers in aerial combat. The Battle of Mirach was quite an education for them, and made Samuel Arias the most knowledgeable commander in Volucris-humanoid air combat.

Tavou pilots keep an exact balance of bombers and fighters. With the single exception of Adelson, two brigades are assigned to each planet in the Tavou District. In the event of an overwhelming invasion on any of the worlds--one that the Legions, the Regulars, the Fleet Commands, and that world's Air Commands cannot handle--Air Commands from the other planets can be ferried in by carrier through the Wormhole Gates.
