Ramesh Jethro was a commander in the Royal Imperial Navy until his capture by the United Mesarthrim Clans. Jethro escaped during the Mesarthrim Civil War, and joined the Conclave. When Lucius Black surrendered the Conclave to the Meroniri, he was sent to a Meroniri prison planet.
